Cushion set for Peltor SportTac Hunting and Shooting
3M Peltor recommends changing the sponge and ear pads at least twice a year during regular use to ensure reliable sound attenuation, hygiene and comfort.

Removing ear pads and replacing them
1. Place your finger under the inner edge of the ear cushion and pull it straight out to remove it.
2. Remove the existing sponge and replace with a new one.
3. Insert one side of the ear cushion into the groove of the ear cup and then press on the other side until the ear cushion clicks into place.
