Dynjandi ehf reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to incorrect price information or to stop offering products without notice. The right to confirm orders by telephone is reserved.

Product delivery:

All orders are processed the next working day after ordering. If the product is not in stock, the employee will contact and announce the estimated delivery time of the product. Orders distributed by carriers are subject to the companies' delivery, warranty and transport terms for the delivery of the product. According to this, Dynjandi ehf is not responsible for lost shipments or damage that may occur to goods in transit. If a product is lost in the mail or by other means of transport or is damaged from the time it is sent from Dynjandi ehf to the person in question, the damage is the buyer's responsibility.

Price of goods and shipping costs.

All prices in the online store include 24% VAT. Product is always sent at the buyer's responsibility and expense. The item sold remains the property of the seller until the price is paid in full. Accepted promissory notes, promissory notes, payment by check or account transactions do not remove title until paid in full. Comments must be received within 10 days of the invoice date. Default interest is calculated on all arrears. An invoice is valid as a warranty certificate. Liability according to the Purchase Act. If the ordered product is not collected - the seller reserves the right to send the product to the buyer at his expense - or that the product is stored at the buyer's expense and responsibility, and the seller then reserves the right to demand a storage and administration fee.

To exchange and return a product

A 14-day right of return is granted when purchasing a product in exchange for the presentation of a sales invoice that satisfactorily shows when the product was purchased. The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original undamaged packaging when returned. If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken. Delivery of a product is based on its original price, unless the product in question is on sale or on a special offer upon delivery. The price of the product is based on the day it is returned. If the buyer does not want to exchange the product for another product, a credit note will be issued after the product is received, which is valid for one year from the date of issue. Shipping and postage are non-refundable and the cost of return will be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.

Law and venue.

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall
operated before the District Court where the company is domiciled.
