FALL PROTECTION
When choosing and using fall protection equipment, there are a few things to keep in mind. The person using such equipment must have received proper instruction in the use of the equipment.
Dynjandi offers courses that cover the basics of fall protection equipment, its use and handling. The course lasts two hours and at the end the participants receive a certificate of recognition. The number of participants is usually around ten, but there are also courses for companies where you can add security features or tailor the course to the needs of the company.
The choice of equipment must be made carefully so that it is suitable for the conditions in which it is to be used. Fall protection belts are available, for example, in many embodiments and types depending on the project, as well as a large selection of fall protection lines, work lines, fall protection blocks and various related equipment. Dynjandi's employees have received basic training to assist in the selection of general fall protection equipment, but specialized employees provide assistance in more complex situations. Fall protection equipment, like all other personal protective equipment, must be properly certified (BUT) in order to be used for work.
All fall protection equipment should be inspected at least once a year. A person approved by the manufacturer has one authority to inspect the equipment and certify it. Dynjandi of course offers this service and can take out and certify all the equipment he has sold. The service life of fall protection devices varies by manufacturer. Equipment from Sala and Miller, for example, has a lifespan of ten years.
Dynjandi also offers a selection of rescue equipment intended for rescue from a height, as it is important to have a contingency plan in place if an employee falls into fall protection equipment and equipment is available to bring him down.
