Milan 2.0 Power rescue block. The float can be used both for lifting and lowering a person during rescue.
This kind of technology is useful, for example, in the construction of mansions, in wind turbines, in cranes or everywhere where people need to be rescued from a height.
One end of the cable is attached to a fixed point, such as the top of a wind turbine or crane, and the block is attached to a fall protection belt and then used to descend.
It can be, for example, to get out of danger, or to save another person who has fallen and is stuck in a fall protection belt.
The block can be rotated with an electric motor. A special electric motor from Skylotec is used. The block can also be turned by hand.
Then it is possible to attach the blocks to the fixed point and control the rescue operation from there.
Then one person is up and can watch the other person descend, slow him down or lift him up by turning the wheel if necessary.
